Our organization A.T.S. Ateş Tuğla Sanayii ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi started its production with fireclay-based refractory bricks and fire-resistant mortars at its production facilities in Istanbul Rami Topçular in 1974.

Our company, which moved its production facilities to Arnavutköy in 1988, reached an annual capacity of 8.000 tons of chamotte-based refractory bricks and mortar with the commissioning of the second tunnel kiln in 1994.

Again, since 1994, our organization has added “Clinker Brick” products to its product portfolio. Our products sintered at 1.180 ° C, which is the highest temperature studied in clinker brick production in our country; With its high strength, low water absorption rates and dozens of color and size options under our EKOS brand, it continues to maintain its respected place in this field in our country for years.

In 2007, our organization; In order to increase the product quality, capacity and options in clinker bricks, it continued its production by improving its production / sintering technology in its facilities in Istanbul.

In 2009, our organization offered EKOS EKOTON, EKOS EKOTERM, EKOS EKOPANEL systems to its customers in parallel with the improvements it has achieved in the field of clinker bricks. The systems are the result of our organization’s customer focus and motivation to follow technological developments.

In 2015, our company commissioned new production facilities in Bozüyük Organized Industrial Zone, and ended its production in Istanbul in 2016; has reached an annual clinker brick production capacity of 1,000,000 square meters under one roof. Currently, fire bricks, stove bricks, terracotta panels (clay panels) as facade cladding bricks, clinker brick types as facade cladding bricks, cotto floor and perimeter borders are produced in our factory.

Our organization was audited by TÜV-NORD in 2003 and it has been confirmed that there is still a quality management system in compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and is in force.

Dozens of products that our organization is still producing have been produced in accordance with TS EN 1304 and TS 4826 Turkish Standards since 2009. With our product quality, the importance we attach to customer satisfaction and our desire for continuous improvement, we are one of the rapidly growing and developing organizations in the sector of our country.
